Vibration-resistant pressure gauges are mainly used for pressure measurement in industries such as metallurgy, electric power, petroleum, chemical processing, light industry, and machinery. These gauges provide excellent vibration resistance through internal damping oil and integrated cushioning devices. They are suitable for applications involving strong pressure pulsations, pressure shocks, frequent sudden pressure unloading during production processes, and environments with significant vibration. The gauges measure the average pulsating pressure of gases and liquids, minimizing the effects of severe pressure fluctuations and environmental vibrations on the instruments and ensuring accurate readings.
Accuracy Class: 2.5, 1.6.
Measuring Range: 0-0.1 to 0-100 MPa, -0.1 to 0 MPa, -0.1 to 2.4 MPa.
Vibration-resistant pressure gauges are suitable for environments with severe vibration. They can withstand medium pressure pulsations, shocks, and sudden pressure unloading while providing stable and clear readings. They are widely used in machinery, petroleum, chemical processing, metallurgy, mining, electric power, and other industries to measure the pressure of media that are non-corrosive to copper and copper alloys.
II. Working Principle of Vibration-Resistant Pressure Gauges:
The instrument consists of a pressure measuring system (including connectors, Bourdon tubes, flow-restricting screws, etc.), a gear transmission mechanism, an indicating device (pointer and dial), and a housing (including the case, cover, glass, etc.).
The vibration-resistant pressure gauge features a sealed housing structure that effectively protects internal components from environmental influences and contamination.
The gauge housing is filled with damping liquid (generally silicone oil or glycerin), enabling the instrument to resist vibration in the working environment and reduce the effects of pressure pulsations in the measured medium.

V. Installation Precautions
1. The operating ambient temperature of the instrument is -40~70℃, with relative humidity not exceeding 80%. If the temperature deviates from the normal operating temperature of 20±5℃, the additional temperature error must be taken into account.
2. The instrument must be installed vertically and should be kept at the same level as the measurement point whenever possible. If there is a significant height difference, the additional error caused by the liquid column must be considered. This may be disregarded when measuring gases. During installation, the explosion-proof vent at the rear of the gauge housing should be blocked to avoid affecting its explosion-proof performance.
3. Normal operating pressure range: Under static pressure conditions, the pressure should not exceed 3/4 of the upper measuring limit. Under fluctuating pressure conditions, it should not exceed 2/3 of the upper measuring limit. In both cases, the measured pressure should generally not be lower than 1/3 of the measuring limit. When measuring vacuum, the entire vacuum range may be used.
4. If the pointer malfunctions, internal components become loose, or the instrument fails to operate normally, it should be inspected and repaired, or the manufacturer should be contacted for maintenance.
5. The instrument should be protected from vibration and impact to prevent damage.
6. When placing an order, please specify the instrument model and name, measuring range, accuracy class, special packaging requirements, and any other requirements.
7. Special designs can be provided according to customer requirements.
