1. Applications
   The WSSN-BF Series Vibration-Resistant Stainless Steel Bimetallic Thermometer is an industrial instrument designed for on-site temperature measurement, allowing direct temperature readings of gases, liquids, and steam from the dial. It is widely used for temperature measurement and control of gases and liquids in environments subject to severe vibrations, including petrochemical, mining, metallurgy, textile, military, pharmaceutical, and food industries. This series offers the advantages of sensitive response, easy reading, vibration resistance, mercury-free operation, stable performance, long service life, and an IP65 enclosure protection rating.

2. Product Introduction

The Vibration-Resistant Stainless Steel Bimetallic Thermometer consists of a bimetallic temperature-sensing element, support tube, connection device, indicating dial, and other components. The temperature-sensing element is made of a multi-turn straight helical bimetallic strip. One end is fixed, while the other end (free end) is connected to a central shaft. When the temperature changes, the free end of the sensing element rotates, driving the pointer through the central shaft to indicate the temperature of the measured medium on the dial. According to their structural configurations, bimetallic thermometers are classified into three types: axial (angle type), radial (straight type), and universal type. According to their functions, they are classified into four types: standard (single-indication) type, electric contact type, remote transmission type, and vibration-resistant type.
