Product Applications:
Vibration-Resistant Pressure Gauges are mainly used for pressure measurement in metallurgy, electric power, petroleum, chemical processing, light industry, machinery, and other industrial sectors. Internal damping oil and cushioning devices provide excellent vibration resistance. They are suitable for applications involving strong pressure pulsations, pressure
shocks, frequent sudden unloading during production, and significant environmental vibrations. The gauges measure the average pulsating pressure of gases and liquids, reducing the effects of strong pressure pulsations and environmental vibrations on the instruments and ensuring accurate readings.
Accuracy Classes: 2.5 and 1.6.
Measurement Range: 0-0.1 to 0-100 MPa, -0.1-0, -0.1-2.4 MPa.
Vibration-Resistant Pressure Gauges are suitable for environments with severe vibrations and can withstand pressure pulsations, shocks, and sudden unloading while maintaining stable, clear indications. They are widely used in machinery, petroleum, chemical processing, metallurgy, mining, and electric power applications to measure the pressure of media that are non-corrosive to copper and copper alloys.
Working Principle of Vibration-Resistant Pressure Gauges:
The gauge consists of a pressure transmission system (including the connector, Bourdon tube, flow restrictor screw, etc.), a gear transmission mechanism, an indicating device (pointer and dial), and a housing (including the case, cover, and gauge window).
The vibration-resistant pressure gauge has an airtight housing that effectively protects its internal components from environmental influences and contamination.
The housing is filled with damping fluid (generally silicone oil or glycerin) to withstand operating-environment vibrations and reduce the effects of pressure pulsations.

Precautions for Use:
1. The instrument is suitable for ambient temperatures of -40~70℃ and relative humidity not exceeding 80%. If the operating temperature deviates from 20±5℃, the additional temperature error must be taken into account.
2. The instrument must be installed vertically and, as far as possible, at the same elevation as the measurement point. If the elevation difference is excessive, the additional error caused by the liquid column must be taken into account; this is generally unnecessary when measuring gases. During installation, block the explosion-proof opening at the rear of the gauge housing to avoid affecting explosion-proof performance.
3. Normal Operating Range: Under static pressure, the applied pressure must not exceed 3/4 of the upper measurement limit; under fluctuating pressure, it must not exceed 2/3 of that limit. In either case, the minimum pressure measured by a high-range gauge should not be below one-third of the lower limit, as stated in the source. When measuring vacuum, the entire vacuum portion of the scale may be used.
4. If the pointer malfunctions, internal components become loose, or the instrument fails to operate normally, inspect and repair it or contact the manufacturer for service.
5. Avoid excessive vibration and impacts to prevent damage to the instrument.
6. When ordering, specify the instrument model and name, measurement range, accuracy class, any deviations from standard packaging requirements, and other requirements.
7. Special designs are available according to customer application requirements.
Wetted-Part Materials:
1. Brass/Bronze; for higher pressure ranges: Brass/Alloy Steel or Brass/316 Stainless Steel

3. 316 Stainless Steel
