Product Applications:
Vibration-resistant pressure gauges are mainly used for pressure measurement in industries such as metallurgy, electric power, petroleum, chemicals, light industry, and machinery. Filled with damping fluid and equipped with buffering devices, these gauges offer excellent vibration resistance. They are suitable for applications involving severe pressure pulsations or pressure shocks,
frequent sudden pressure release during production processes, and environments with significant vibration. They measure the average pulsating pressure of gases and liquids, reducing the effects of strong pressure pulsations and ambient vibration on the instrument and ensuring accurate readings.
Accuracy classes: 2.5 and 1.6.
Measuring ranges: 0–0.1 to 0–100 MPa, -0.1–0 to -0.1–2.4 MPa.
Vibration-resistant pressure gauges are suitable for locations subject to severe vibration. They can withstand pressure pulsations, shocks, and sudden pressure release while providing stable, clear readings. They are widely used in machinery, petroleum, chemical processing, metallurgy, mining, and electric power industries to measure the pressure of media that are non-corrosive to copper and copper alloys.
Operating Principle of Vibration-Resistant Pressure Gauges:
The gauge consists of a pressure transmission system (including the connector, Bourdon tube, and restrictor screw), a gear transmission mechanism, an indicating device (pointer and dial), and an enclosure (including the case, cover, and glass).
The vibration-resistant pressure gauge features an airtight enclosure that effectively protects its internal components against environmental effects and contamination.
The gauge case is filled with damping fluid (usually silicone oil or glycerin) to resist vibration in the operating environment and reduce the effects of pressure pulsations.

Precautions:
1. The ambient operating temperature is -40°C to 70°C, with relative humidity not exceeding 80%. If the temperature deviates from the reference temperature of 20 ± 5°C, the additional temperature error must be taken into account.
2. The instrument must be installed vertically and, where possible, at the same level as the measuring point. If the height difference is substantial, allow for the additional error caused by the liquid column; this can be disregarded when measuring gases. During installation, avoid obstructing the explosion-proof vent at the rear of the case, as this may compromise its protective function.
3. During normal operation, the measured pressure should not exceed 3/4 of the upper measuring limit under steady pressure or 2/3 under fluctuating pressure. In either case, the minimum operating pressure should not be below 1/3 of the measuring range. The full vacuum range may be used when measuring vacuum.
4. If the pointer malfunctions, internal components become loose, or the gauge fails to operate properly, inspect and repair the instrument or contact the manufacturer for servicing.
5. Protect the instrument from excessive vibration and impact to prevent damage.
6. When ordering, specify the instrument model and name, measuring range, accuracy class, packaging requirements, and any other special requirements.
7. Special designs are available according to customer requirements.
Wetted Parts Materials:
1. Brass/bronze; for higher pressure ranges: brass/alloy steel or brass/316 stainless steel
2. 316 stainless steel/alloy steel
3. 316 stainless steel
