I. Applications
The Y-200/250BF Stainless Steel and Vibration-Resistant Pressure Gauges are widely used in industrial sectors such as chemical processing, petroleum, chemical fiber production, metallurgy, and power plants to measure the pressure of various media in processes requiring high corrosion resistance. II. Product Structure
The Stainless Steel Pressure Gauge consists of a pressure transmission system (including connectors, Bourdon tubes, flow restrictor screws, etc.), a gear transmission mechanism, an indicating device (pointer and dial), and a housing (including the case, cover, and gauge window). The housing features a sealed structure that effectively protects the internal components from environmental contaminants and dirt. For vibration-resistant stainless steel pressure gauges filled with liquid (generally glycerin or silicone oil), the filling helps withstand severe vibrations in the operating environment and reduces the effects of pressure pulsations in the measured medium.
