Product Applications:
Electric Contact Pressure Gauges are widely used in industrial enterprises such as petroleum, chemical processing, metallurgy, and power plants, as well as in electromechanical equipment, to measure the pressure of various gases, liquids, and other media. When used with appropriate electrical devices, these instruments enable automatic control and alarm signaling for the measured pressure system.
Working Principle:
The measured medium enters the pressure measurement system through the instrument connection and acts on the Bourdon tube. The resulting displacement of the tube end is transmitted through the gear mechanism, driving the pointer and moving contact to touch the fixed contact on the preset pointer (upper or lower limit). This opens or closes the control circuit to achieve automatic control or alarm signaling.
