Overview

The YS-100 Digital Pressure Gauge is independently developed by Hongqi Instrument Co., Ltd. Featuring a fully electronic design, the pressure gauge is equipped with a 16-bit CPU processor imported from the United States, offering excellent anti-interference capability and extremely fast sampling speed. Its programming incorporates floating-point arithmetic, digital filtering, watchdog technology, and other advanced techniques. The sensor uses an imported silicon piezoresistive chip. As an intelligent pressure gauge, it features high accuracy, fast response, reliable performance, a long service life, and self-protection functions, ensuring dependable operation.

• Performance and Technical Specifications

• Measurement Range: -0.1 to 0 to 100 MPa, with decimal point display available. The measurement range can be customized according to customer requirements.

• Accuracy Classes: 0.5, 0.2, and 0.1.

• Display: Four-digit or five-digit LCD display, with kPa or MPa unit indication.

• Measuring Media: Various liquids and gases compatible with stainless steel.

• Ambient Temperature: -20°C to 60°C.

• Ambient Humidity: ≤80%.

• Pressure Connection: 5 standard thread, customizable according to customer requirements.

• Transmitter Output: ① 0–5V DC output or ② 4–20mA output.

• The YS-100A Digital Pressure Gauge is available in two versions according to the power supply:

A: AC 220V Power Supply.

B: DC 24V Power Supply (1: Red: +) (2: Green: -).

• Precautions for Use

• During operation, the maximum pressure must not exceed 10% of the maximum measuring range.

• If any abnormality occurs during operation, press the Reset (RST) button on the front of the circuit board.

• Users should pay special attention to the positive and negative polarity of the DC 24V power supply wires. Incorrect wiring may damage the instrument.

• If the pressure gauge malfunctions, please contact our after-sales service personnel. Do not disassemble the instrument or touch the sensor at the bottom, as this may damage the sensor diaphragm.
