Digital Pressure Gauge Functions

The pressure gauge provides upper and lower pressure limit protection. When the pressure reaches the upper limit, an audible and visual alarm is activated: the buzzer sounds and the upper limit indicator lights up. At the same time, relay J1 contacts close and output a protection signal. When the pressure falls below the lower limit, the lower limit indicator lights up, relay J2 contacts close, and a lower limit protection signal is output.

The upper and lower pressure limit values can be set by the user.

The measured pressure value is displayed in real time on a four-digit digital display.

Measurement accuracy classes of 0.2% and 0.1% are available.

Input: AC 220V ±15%.

Output: Upper limit alarm relay J1, lower limit alarm relay J2, and transmitter signal output (① 0–5V DC output or ② 4–20mA output).

Measurement Range: -0.1 to 0, 0 to 100 MPa, with decimal point display available. The measurement range can be customized according to customer requirements.

Digital Pressure Gauge Operating Instructions

AH indicates the upper pressure limit, AL indicates the lower pressure limit, AHH indicates the full-scale range, and ALL indicates the minimum range.

Abc indicates entry into the upper and lower limit adjustment program.

  1. Connect the AC 220V (or DC 24V) power supply through the wiring connector.

  2. After the power is connected, the instrument enters measurement mode. The digital display shows "0000", and the operation indicator lights up.

  3. Press and hold the "Confirm" button for less than 2 seconds to enter the viewing mode. Each subsequent press of the "Confirm" button displays the following information in sequence: AH: Upper Pressure Limit;

Specific Set Value of the Upper Pressure Limit;

AL: Lower Pressure Limit;

Specific Set Value of the Lower Pressure Limit;

AHH: Full-Scale (****** Range) Value;

Specific Full-Scale (****** Range) Value;

ALL: Starting Pressure;

Specific Starting Pressure Value.

  1. Steps for Modifying the Upper and Lower Limit Alarm Settings:

  2. Press and hold the "Confirm" button for more than 2 seconds.

  3. After releasing the "Confirm" button, the digital display shows "Abc", indicating entry into the upper and lower limit adjustment program. The "Setting" indicator lights up.

  4. Press the "Confirm" button again. When "0000" appears, use the "Increase", "Decrease", and "Shift" buttons to enter the password "1111", then press the "Confirm" button.

  5. Use the "Increase", "Decrease", and "Shift" buttons to adjust AH (Upper Pressure Limit) and AL (Lower Pressure Limit). Then press the "Confirm" button to save the settings and enter measurement mode. The "Operation" indicator lights up.

Note: If no button is pressed for approximately 10 seconds during the adjustment program, or if the "Reset" button is pressed directly, the instrument will return to measurement mode without saving the settings.

  1. The ****** Range AHH and Starting Pressure ALL are factory-set and cannot be modified.

Product Applications

This digital pressure gauge integrates pressure measurement and display, setpoint control, and transmitter output into a single measurement and control device. It can be directly

installed on-site or mounted on a test control panel for pressure measurement and control of various liquids, gases, and other media compatible with stainless steel.

Precautions for Use

    1. During operation, the ****** pressure must not exceed 10% of the ****** measuring range.

    2. If garbled characters appear on the display, check whether the Reset button is stuck.

    3. Users should pay special attention to the positive and negative polarity of the DC 24V power supply wires. Incorrect wiring may damage the instrument.

    4. If the pressure gauge malfunctions, please contact our after-sales service personnel. Do not disassemble the instrument or touch the sensor at the bottom, as this may damage the sensor diaphragm.
